1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jeta8 platform — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, Teen Patti Joker, and football betting — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the jeta8 service.

• You must not be a person whose account has previously been closed, suspended, or banned by jeta8 for any reason including a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must register only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated at all times.

jeta8 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC verification) from any user at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the process is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access jeta8's full range of betting and gaming services, you are required to create a personal account. During registration, jeta8 will request the following information:

• Full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details including email address and mobile number (for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay-linked verification).
• A unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share them with any third party.
• Preferred payment method for deposits and withdrawals. jeta8 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Currency preference. All transactions on jeta8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. jeta8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeta8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jeta8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These channels are the fastest and most popular methods for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and other regions of Bangladesh.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard. Card transactions are subject to additional verification and may take up to 3 business days to process.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status and current promotions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. jeta8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets not registered in the account holder's name.

However, jeta8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network disruptions outside of our control. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jeta8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to reward players across Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or transaction on jeta8.
• Collusion with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino environments.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, including the use of another person's payment methods or identity documents without their full knowledge and consent.
• Any activity that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or that jeta8 reasonably believes constitutes a criminal offense, civil wrong, or violation of any applicable regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeta8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jeta8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of jeta8 content without the express written permission of jeta8. Game content, odds engines, and streaming rights used on jeta8 belong to their respective third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and are subject to their own licensing agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jeta8 platform and its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or from the use of or inability to use jeta8 services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, jeta8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jeta8's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to Terms

jeta8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of jeta8 after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the jeta8 platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. jeta8 operates as a fair and transparent platform committed to resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Should a dispute arise between you and jeta8, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. jeta8 will respond within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If the matter cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to seek resolution through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief.

12. Termination of Account

jeta8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any other conduct that jeta8 deems harmful to the platform or its community. Upon termination, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to final compliance checks.
